CONSTRUCTION OF LARGEST SUGAR BEET FACTORY

Ha-Be Egypt supplies concrete admixtures

The world’s largest sugar beet factory is currently being built in Minya, Egypt. The Chinese Sinoma CDI signed the contract for the construction by January 2021. The concrete is made with Ha-Be admixtures. 
 
180,000 m³ of concrete will be used on the construction site for both the factory and connected roads. Ha-Be Egypt supplies the admixtures for the concrete.

These include superplasticizers of the PANTARHIT^® - line, water resisting and air-entraining admixtures of the DURAHIT^® - line as well as air entraining admixtures, polypropylene fibres, silica fume and curing agents.
